Anyplace to get a haircut? : Fallout: New Vegas

I need a new hairstyle to go with my new armor. Any place in all of Mojave to get a haircut like in FO3?

There would be somewhere, the plastic surgeon was used WAYYYYYYYYY too much in F3 for it to be removed.

I'm just speculating here, but I wouldn't be surprised if Dr. Kusanagi does plastic surgery in addition to implants.

id like to find this out too because

i just did a bug on boone...at least i think it was a bug, got him in my party and took his beret, went to go give it back and i had 2 in my inventory, now i have 1 and he has 1, but my hair clips out of it like i'm not supposed to have it...

the stats are per +1 and crit chance +5

i really wanna buzz or shorten my hair so it doesn't clip out anymore

If no Barbers exist, mod one in if the "ShowBarberMenu" command was retained.
Similar for the "ShowPlasticSurgeonMenu", if it was retained.

I've not had a chance to go looking yet either.

The first and only one i have found so far is the one in Freeside in the King's school of impersonations. You can use him after you complete a quest.

That was the first thing I thought of when I saw this thread. Why not look where you would expect one, near The King? ^_^
