Are there any Orc followers/hirelings in the game?

Isnt the woman in the Whiterun inn an orc?If you pick a fight with her and beat her she will follow me, and as far as i can remember she is an orc. I could be wrong though.

Ghorbash the Iron Hand A male Orc Ranger found in Dushnikh Yal. Talk to him and complete his task and he’ll join you. Ghorbash is trained in archery and light armor.
Ogol A male Orc Warrior (?) found in Largashbur. He will join after completing Malacath's Daedric quest "The Cursed Tribe". I have no idea what he's good at because my orc character thought he was a whimp and didn't take him. Sorry...
