So I decided to clear out all the mercenaries in Goldenglow Estate I did see some respawn but after I killed Aringoth I then cleared out the mercenaries that reswpaned. I left some stuff in the bedroom chest. I then left and waited for ten days. I went back and all the bodies dissapeared no mercenaries respawned and all the stuff I put in the chest was still their. I have all the keys to the house including the gate key. So I'm wondering if this is a place I can live and store my stuff. I realize that it has no benefits to it but it's still a pretty cool house and I don't mean buying just living their.

Well, after ten days wait, i'd presume it was safe too live there!
Maybe wait another ten in the same cell, or a different cell, and see if anything respawns, and put some stuff in the containers there.
If nothing appears and everything you left is still there, you're good to go!

You get the deed to the house if you do a certain quest in a certain way with the Thieves.

The Mercenaries do not respawn, and you have to deal with them even after you get the deed. Unless you took them out during the quests related to the Manor.
