I need step by step directions to get Boones quest goin. I had him at Cyote Tail Ridge and he moaned alot... Hes so sensitive. Any one feelin helpful???

And yeah, this is one of the harder companion quests, since to trigger it, you actually need to do specific things in specific places - as opposed to just visiting places like with the others (or automatically getting the quest as you do with some of them).

Well... since your here... any help with Rauls quest too? Hes my favorite friend. I couldnt do his quest last time i played either.

You just need to have Raul in your party and then talk to three people (after each, Raul will talk to you and tell you a bit of his story, after the third one the quest will be complete):

Loyal at Nellis Air Force Base
Cpl. Sterling at either Camp McCarran or Camp Forlorn Hope
Ranger Andy at Novac

However, there might be a bug where talking to Andy won't trigger anything (this happens if you've already spoken to him before you revisit him with Raul in tow). If you encounter that problem, there is a way to fix it using console commands (if you're on a PC):
