I've already made several topics on the issue I'm having with this quest. Figured that if someone could just make a fix for it, that'd solve all the problems!

Basically, I'm trying to do all the Daedric quests with my current character but Vigilant Tyranus (needed for 'The House of Horrors' in Markarth) does not spawn outside the Abandoned House. The following from UESP pertains exactly to my character.

"Occasionally when you enter the town for the first time through the quest A Night to Remember instead of through the main gate this quest will not trigger. Tyranus will not be anywhere in town or outside and you can not spawn him with console commands. The cause of this bug is the improper starting of the Forsworn Conspiracy quest which is supposed to automatically start with a murder in the market the first time you enter the city. Because you came in a different way than the main gate sometimes the murder never happens, and that bug somehow bugs out the House of Horrors quest as well."

I know previous games have seen unofficial patches released by the modding communities and I was just wondering if something like this was able to be fixed in the same way. Thanks!

This has been responded to -- "House of Horrors" starts once you enter the Silver-Blood Inn after "The Forsworn Conspiracy" starts. Exit the city and re-enter through the main gate, which should trigger the attack. Then go into the inn. When you come back out, Tyranus and Yngvar should be having their argument.

I've already completed 'The Forsworn Conspiracy' with this event never triggering. It happened a long, long time ago in my game (I'd guess over 100 hours ago), but if I remember correctly, 'The Forsworn Conspiracy' started after I left The Warrens and was engaged in a fist-fight, instead of the attack near the entrance of the city. So now what can I do?
