After I kill Paathurnax, will there be any other way to get words of power located for me on my map since the Greybeards won't help me? I saved before I killed him just in case and I was right, they don't help me anymore. So will I have to continue my word hunt before I kill the dragon in this case? I like having them located on my map for me than looking at a physical map or the guide.

When you use shouts in a city you will recieve a letter shortly after that tells you the position of a word. I also think that Esbern can tell you where to find this things if you kill Parthunax and recrut 3 new blades (not quite sure on this).

Alright, well I'd like to find out everything I can for sure and since not many people have seemed interested in replying to my thread, here comes a bump.

Esbern will tell you of a word wall location - whether you've been there or not - and he gives you the option of sending 3 Blades members with you to help you. It's pretty useful if you haven't had any luck finding any of the word wall locations. Word walls will always be active unless you've visited it before, killing Paarthurnax will have no effect on them.

Alright thanks. That's all I wanted to know. Man I have been doing nothing but word gathering lately, trying to get all the words that I've gotten sick of it. Crawl through a potentially almost two hour dungeon go back to Greybeards, get next word, and do it all again. I've been ignoring other things to do in the game so now I'm taking a break and doing other things. I've made some decent progress. I have like 18 of the 20 shouts.I've only gotten all three words o some though so I have awhile left. So I figured I'd like to complete the main quest and do other things, I just wouldn't want to screw things up when I go word hunting again later.
