Is there a mod like Cerwiden for Fallout 3 like there was for Skyrim?

Reason I'm asking is because I want to set my PC as essential but the problem I'm having is that once I go "unconscious" I never wake up. I can see the game continues but I just kind of lay there. I know in Skyrim Cerwiden would heal you as you fought so that you'd never go unconscious. I can't remember but I think if you did she would revive you too. Fallout 4 had the "TDM" code that did the same thing but you'd never go unconscious. I like "TDM" better than "TGM" because you still use consumables.
