Hey guys, just got Skyrim, been playing for about two hours now.

A few issues though, unsure if being a Bosmer causes some of these though.

1) My guy walks too slowly and runs too quickly

2) I've always preferred to have F as draw/sheathe and R for camera switch. Changing these in controls work fine, except now the screen says "F for Favorite, R to Drop" since I swapped the two, it still says "F for Favorite, R to Drop" but F drops and R favorites.

3) I have the .ini set up to allow a centered camera in first person. However it's extremely annoying that the camera position changes when I remove my weapon, and changes again when I sheathe it. Is there another .ini fix that stops that?

I'm hoping all these can be fixed with the .ini

player.modav speedmult 50

That command will make you walk as fast as the npcs... however you sneak and walk 50% faster as well. Thats the only thing right now... Im hoping once the ck comes out we can get a mod that only increases the walking speed.

I've uploaded a mod that increases walk speed with 75%. Also for horses increases walk speed with 50% and sprint speed with 25%. No changes to run/sneak speeds.
