I would like to start off by saying that I completely adore the Elder Scrolls series. These are some games that never fail to entertain me for hours at a time. However I have run into a few problems, one in particular that makes playing the game VERY difficult.

Chests don't respawn. If you were to go into IIinalta's Deep, fight all the mages, and reach the chest.. It's empty. Even after waiting 10 days in game time. Also the infamous "invisible" chests in Dawnstar/Whiterun etc. don't ever respawn either.
Dawnstar; I would like to note the Khajiit Caravan. I cannot have the option to purchase items. I cannot talk to the leader, the other two I have no problems with, training/retrieving the amulet quest. All she says is "The winds only blow cold.." or something along those lines. Half the time either the tents aren't set up and they stand around or the merchant isn't there sitting where she should be.

I would also would like to bring attention to the chests inside Breezehome and other housing. They can never keep my items. They all just disappear and it's making leveling smithing/enchanting/alchemy just downright near impossible.

I would like to say the chests work perfectly on my never updated 360 elite console. *Very difficult to play but at least chests work* but this glitch is happening on my boyfriend's 360 kinect console, which he recently updated and downloaded the Dawnguard DLC.

If someone is experiencing this as well or has any answers to this.. I would be very grateful. I love Skyrim but neither of us can play Dawnguard until this is fixed.
