Colonel Moore? : Fallout: New Vegas

Just killed Mr house in For the Republic Part 2 and Moore is nowhere to be seen at the dam?

Used move.playerto 1206fe and it takes me to her desk but she's not there. Also the resurrect comman didn't do anything...

Anything I'm missing?

Played through before with no problems...

What quests have you done for other factions? Moore will disappear if you've reached a certain point in the questline for other factions.

Just a suggestion , she leaves her office sometimes and wanders around the dam a bit , have you tried waiting ?

I killed Mr House when he asked me to kill the BoS.
For ceaser nothing, unless you include killing house and going to the whether station (which I didn't do for him)
And i haven't spoken to Yes man since I went to Benny's room and he was there...

There's your problem right there. That quest is called The House Always Wins V, so that means you've completed THAW IV involving the Omertas. However, when you complete THAW III, involving the Boomers, you fail the NCR quest Don't Tread on the Bear, and failing that quest removes Colonel Moore from the game forever -> see the referenced warning here:

Warning: Completing Part III will cause you to fail Don't Tread on the Bear which will lock you out of all NCR quests.

Failing this quest will cause Ambassador Crocker and Colonel Moore to disappear from the game world, to reinforce the idea the player is no longer able to continue down the NCR quest line.

Given your actions, it appears a Yes Man or Ceaser's Legion run is all that's left for you to do on this current character barring reloading an older save. That's assuming you haven't ticked off CL either, in which case Yes Man is all you have left. Hope this explains things for you.

Since you're on pc, use the player.placeatme command.

Just need the base ID.
