Companion running on the spot

Symptom: Companion is continuously running (with out moving). The running sound can be heard as well.
Cause: Unknown. This has happened on flat terrain, it can also happen when they fail to path find up a steep slope/a stair step that is too steep but I do not think that is related
Work around: Trade any equipment with them, alternatively, fast travel sufficiently far away (does not always work)





Floating companion

Symptom: Your companion is floating off the ground.
Cause: An npc was standing near the edge of a small cliff, they where hit and thus became incapacitated. They where sufficiently close to the edge that they started to slip in their incapacitated state. Cast healing hands on the companion causing them to be revived. They are now levitating in mid air. I suspect they are "swimming" through the air as they are upright when stationary and horizontal whilst moving

This has only happened once for me and I loaded I just quick loaded my game.
