curser seems to move more than in intend it too

Post » Mon May 14, 2012 8:32 pm

the redicule tends ot move as if it were sliding on ice, its really annoying. i can't tell if this is an intended affect to simulate some kind of eye movement realism or if its a setting thats goofed up.

either way, is there any way that i can change this in options? i would like the cursor to be percise in behavior congruently with how i move the mouse. also, i did try and see if it was a sensitivity issue.

Sounds like you've got teh mouse lag. Disabling vsync (instructions around here somewhere) should fix it.

You do have vsync its on by default.

Tweakguides is a superb repository of game tweaks and settings
he is working on a tweakguide for Skyrim which will have all the goodness in it but for now he has suggested a vsync tweak to help with FPS and also mouse lag
"To disable VSync in Skyrim, add iPresentInterval=0 to the bottom of the [Display] section of the Skyrim.ini file in the \Users\[Username]\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim directory."

this is the main website: http://www.tweakguides.com/

might help some people
