Dead empty Wasteland?

EDIT: Resolved

So, I've decided to start a new game again and this hit me like a brick. Whole places around Goodsprings are empty! No cazadores, no geckos, just out of curiosity, I went to the Great Khan camp.. and no NPCs whatsoever.. :stare:

First I thought it was Smiley's Wasteland Mod(it's similiar to MMM), because during the first quest for Sunny Smiles every Gecko kept running away. So I disabled that mod and started a new game again. No dice, Goodpsrings cemetary is still empty, not even that bark scorpion on the way up shows up.
Also visited the Quarry junction. Deathclaws kept running away from me again. :blink:

wow that's a big list of mods... I recommend you make diagnosis and disable all of them then enable one at a time, load a game and see if there are problems, until you find the mod that conflicts with actors spawning...

You can disable all of them and see if you get the error with a new game. If not then enable them in groups of 10 or so till you find the group which caused it and eventually the mod. Another way of doing it is deactivating half of your mods and see if it fixes it. If it doesn't then deactivate half of the activated half (so you'd have 1/4 of your normal load list). But if it does then activate half of the mods you still haven't activated (so you'd have 3/4 of your total mod list). This second method is extremely fast... google dichotomic search to better explain this method.

Sheesh, I've found it! It seems like I [censored] up something during my NVedit tinkering(you know, for compatibility issues, I don't like red marked spots :flamethrower: )

Refined casinos and FO3Original Weapon pack had their masters tied to Smiley's mod which for some reason kept erasing the spawns..
