After I convince Loreius the farmer to help fix that weird Cicero jester guy's wheel, he says he'll fix it but never does... I thought that was it since the quest ended, but a friend said there's more to the quest and I'm just not seeing it. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

If you haven't talked to Cicero yet then go do it,because he gives you a reward.

Thanks for the quick reply! When I talk to Cicero, he just says, "I will wait for Loreius! Oh yes, mother and I will wait right here, RIGHT here until he fixes our wheel." over and over. When I talk to Loreius, he says, "Just need to gather my tools and finish up a couple of things. No worries - I'll see to Cicero, make sure that wagon gets fixed."

There isn't really more to that specific quest, however Cicero plays a large part in
He eventually disappeared from that spot in my game, but it took a few days. I think you may have to stay out of the area until the cells reset (anywhere from 3 to 14 days, I think).
