I was doing the quest "The Book of Love", last steps, where you have to get the ghost of the dead warrior to his bride. I got to him, talked to him and he didn't disappear as he had to do. I thought this would have been a minor bug but it's not. This is where it got worse.
I kept on with the quest (which temporarly fixed after two total reboots of my PS3) and then noticed my enchanted blades didn't activate their visual effects properly when I hit the enemies (i use two swords with lifedrain). When I hit the enemy, the effect manifests several minutes after, out of nowhere. For instance, I may hit a mudcrab in a swamp near Whiterun, fast travel to Winterhold, speak to a random NPC and while speaking experiencing the effect of my lifedrain popping out of nowhere.
Even more terrifing is the fact that this "latency" in the effects, does manifest even in dialogues. I did a few steps of the Thieves' Guild quest (entering Riftweald and so on, I won't spoil anything) and each time I had to speak to some NPCs or even to my follower, they would speak only a few lines and then stay silent and still without making my quest proceed (for quest NPCs) or without actually executing my orders (for my Follower).
It feels like the game has "slowed" in relation to my actions, and without severel reloads or reboots it won't get back its syncrony.
Now, does anybody have my same problem? Does anybody have a clue on how to fix it? If yes... Hell, I'm all for it!
