Turning off the XBox 360 Controller option under the Gameplay menu (it's on be default) seems to be giving people a nice FPS boost and the menu's work better.

The menus certainly work better, although the glitch where you mouse over something and click on it, but instead it just selects something else is still there, especially in conversations.

However, increasing FPS? I haven't noticed that, and I don't see how it can possibly affect it.
