So far i've heard that they made skyrim specifically for hdtv. My only question is why the hell didnt they put a resolution setting in. I cant see my health/magika/stamina at all. they should [censored] patch this cus im getting mad as hell. theres no way to fix it at all so far. if there is i really need to know

On a standard television the text is unreadable, and the edges of the screen are cut off. It needs to be patched as it appears there is no way of fixing it.

i have a similar problem but i just cant read the stuff on the top left and right corners so i set my xbox to wide screen, and it does make people look...skinnier and circles aren't all that round

i got the same problem too

It isn't the best solution, but if you set your 360 to widescreen, the whole screen will be viewable and the text will be a little easier to read. The screen will look a little off but for me it was better than missing chunks of it.
