I got 2 words of power that are locked and I just killed 2 Dragons. One in the main quest and the other oddly enough just died in front of me. I absorbed both there souls and both times it did not unlock any of the words of power. What is up with that?

Enter the menu, go to magic, then shouts, highlight the desired shout and hit the unlock button.

Sorry about this. I found out that you have to hit the unlock button to get it to work. I thought that it would do it automatically like when I unlocked my first word. Please go ahead and remove this post.

No problem, I had the same issue and was getting pissed off thinking this was a major bug. Then I realized I was just [censored].
