Facebook outage

I understand how many people could care about Facebook, but from Last Tuesday Facebook had an outage and disconnected many thousands of people around the world, they released an official press release saying they have fixed the problem, it took them 2.5 hours to fix it. Problem is its not, people are continuously getting disconnect, its been over a week and still going, Facebook has no external support, you must be logged in to send them a message, users are being disconnected everyday and it seems as though Facebook is covering this up, as its not splashed all over the net, nor even on the news, especially since it affects paying users that have accounts.

Because its like many games, some people dont have any problems at all and can play happily, but other have problems out of the box, many people are online, but Facebook had an unknown glitch, which they claim to have fixed, but they havent and is affecting many 10's of thousands of people around the world, many havent been reconnected from day 1 and many are still being disconnected from their accounts and its been continuous since they had their glitch which they will not recognise after they put out their original press release early last week.

And having no technical external to the log in process, its very difficult to report a problem, and im just surprised that nobodies picked this up with Facebook being such a household name, but i suppose its the old, "if it doesn't affect me, why should i care", of course it didnt affect many people bu now it has and is still going, so who knows who's account will be blocked next.
