Fallout on Windows 10

Post » Tue Jan 19, 2016 2:35 pm

With Microsoft ending support for Windows 8 tomorrow, I was wondering what the switch to Windows 10 would do to the older fallout games? I know Fallout 3 was a huge pain in getting it to run on windows 8, but what about Fallout 1,2, and New Vegas? Has anyone had problems playing these games after switching to Windows 10?

Just upgrade to Windows 8.1 service pack which you should have done anyway.

I haven't. For that matter, Fallout 3 ran better for me under Windows 8 than it did under Windows 7.

I still use Win XP. I'm very worried about what will happen when I'm finally forced to switch.

I am on Windows 10 and so far i've had no problems with any Fallout game. Don't think upgrading will be that much of a hassle.
