I've seen there are some bugs around selling your armor, and others related to Fences, but I've have something I haven't been able to find any info on:

I have complete the main Thieve's Guild quests, but only did a few of the side Thief jobs. I also killed the Argonian (Gulum-El something or other). But I cannot fence anything at the Brewery, Mallus says "if you need help selling anything let me know" but I never get a menu to do anything. Enthir at Winterhold never shows up at the Frozen Hearth. I can still fence at the Thieve's Guild, but that's it?... I've started doing the side quests to see if that fixes it.. (we'll see). I went back to before I killed Gulum, left him alive to see if that fixes it, and went back to Mallus and still no joy...

The only other odd thing I could think of is after confronting Galuum, I left the cave the same way I came in (So I didn't "clear" it).. I'm wondering if that is the trigger for the Fences? I still completed the quests, Nightingale and all.. doesn't make any sense..

It's not just you, except for the fence at the ragged flagon, none of the fences work for me.
During their quests they all tell me they they'll buy stolen goods from me from now on, but they never get a buy/sell dialog option. And the merchant in Windhelm who already had that option still doesn't buy stolen goods.
