I'm referring to the radiant quest you get after the questline, not the ones from Nazir.

The thieves guild side jobs. Join thieves guild, do the first easy job. Two people give you 'extra work', and pay ok for it.

Or the really simply way. Go into any town, and tell the bartender you are looking for work. They send you to a random bandit/giant den. You get all the goodies there plus 100 gold when you report that you did it.

Or find the spell for turning iron into silver and gold, and go into a few iron mines... I think you get the idea here.

The thief's guild quests are good for quick gold. Although you don't get these quick jobs until you've completed the main story of the TG questline. But they don't take long and usually get you 300 gold and more.

Thief guild pays well, it also has some expensive loot.
Except for this I recommend getting the transmute spell at http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Halted_Stream_Camp
use it to convert iron ore to gold, create jewelry and sell it.
To get serious money enchant weapons with an as high damage effect as possible, here it's recommended to save and reload the game to get better prices.

This is false information. You only have to complete the first two jobs that really make you a member to unlock the extra jobs.

Spoiler

The job where you have to pickpocket a guy in the market.
The job where you threaten a few people who owe the guild money.

Both of which take place in Riften and can be done in a few minutes.... oh I forgot having to get into the thieve guild base... but its not really a job.

Wooops, my bad. Mistakes aside i still suggest the thief's guild extra jobs.

Honest mistake. My first time in the TG I did the MQ for the guild before doing the side jobs. Second time I realized that those extra jobs opened up quick and were a great way to make $.

Yeah that's exactly what happened to me too, i quite enjoy the extra jobs just for the sneaky aspect.
