I got Skyrim day 1.
Put it in my hardrive, and bam, update began downloading.
After a day, I read that if you delete your game, delete you cache, the textures would go back (jesus, they actually hurt my eyes when I look at a table, I felt like I was gonna cry or something)
Anyways, I played it off the disc and went and started playing again but no solution.

Anyways, what I was wondering was, when you clear you cache, aren't you supposed to download an update?
How do I know that I got the update? (I went to my Skyrim game data and it just showed the saves and autosaves but nothing of the update)

when you start the game it will ask you to get the update, and it will not appear in the game data

So...do I have it or no? Im connected to xbox live, and it doesn't show in my game data.

If you downloaded it after clearing cache yes u have it.
If u didnt then no.

How big is it? I downloaded a 3MB update but that was Thursday when i got the game.

That is the one i think, i recall it being 3MB or something.

Try ejecting disc and putting it again inside.

Weird... i can tell u it's XBL problem and not game problem.
