Ok, i have got a glemoril witch head i press the A button to try to activate but its just not activating. Any suggestions?

i think you can only use it when youve taken someone else to be cured - farkas or vilkas. have you cured them yet?

No but i cant anyway because every time i go into Jorvaskr i try to come out it freezes. Plus i tried everything but no luck.

sometimes you can find farkas sitting in a chair out the back of Jorrvaskr, so you dont have to go in. youre on pc, or console?

I am on the Xbox 360.

I had some issues with this myself.

After I had cured Kodlak and then Farkas, I wanted to cure myself but like you, it wouldn't activate.

I went back a bunch of times and still the same thing.

I decided to say to hell with it and ignored it for about a week (real time). One day I decided to try again and it worked. The area must have reset or something.

And yeah, there is some bigtime issues with Jorrvaskr. I've had freezing issues there as well. Especially when trying to enter the sleeping quarters. It seems like the whole general area around Jorrvaskr has been weird ever sinse the Silver Hands attack there. At times when I'm in there, all the Companions are there but invisible. I can interact with them but can't see them. And one of the characters who is suppose to be dead has respawned and even gives out work to me. And I finished all the quests already. lol

It worked! i cant believe it the trick worked of getting out of Jorrvaskr without glitches.

Yippee! Grab the jewel, for gods sakes! and get the purity quest while youre in there!

Edit: for everyone else, what exactly did you do to solve the freezing issue?

I disabled Save on Character menu and save on travel then Exited the building then fast traveled somewhere then it worked.
