I don't usually complain about enemies killing me, usually I'm to blame or something.

But this is COMPLETE crap. I've just got my reading done from the brotherhood quest line. I'm in Deepwood Vale, amongst the forsworn here.

They're godly sneak detectors and BS one hitters.

I have 100 sneak, muffled boots on, and the move silently perk. I don't have a follower. They find me standing still. They hear me moving at the slowest speed I can move at. It's 1:30am Game time.

There's a briarthorn at the top of the camp that ONE SHOTs me, and I have 330 health at level 40.

What is this nonsense?

Are you playing on the hardest difficulty? If yes, that's why.

I don't know, but I have just finished the kill, and she seemed to notice me wherever I was in sight. I guess that's the "feature" of many of the DB quests...

Does this count as "broken"? Or am I being unnecessarily pedantic here? Broken would be more like the quest can't be completed because a dialogue option never comes up, or an item doesn't appear, or it keeps crashing...

OP if you are 40 i guess that they have scaled too much or you got crappy gear? Which skills did you raise?

I'm 25, play on master, (got sneak 100 too), and they take away more like 1/10 of my health.

I'm using Nightingale armor. I was on expert, couldn't do it. Down to adept. Still got 1 shot.

I'm going to guess they scale too much. I was walking around a dungeon just now and I didn't have an issue.
