I have been adventuring and I have came across some carriage, I came owed to it as I thought it can take me to some city. But, no it wasn't. It was Cicero! And he was talking to me that his carriage was broken, and I need to get someone to fix it for him.
The quest will start called "delayed burial" or something like that, because he is transporting the night mother, in the box.
Did anyone came across this quest? I find it cool how I find cicero before I join the dark brotherhood.
Yeah I met him on my very first playthrough, when I had no idea who he was. Considering how I finished that quest that led to some embarassment when I met him again in the DB

It's actually counted as an optional Dark Brotherhood quest and yes, I like that you can just find him there, cursing all wagon wheels. xD
Sadly I didn't came across him in my first play through. I haven't joined dark brotherhood yet, but if I join will I get anything special for doing that quest?

I found him just recently outside a farm asking for me to help him fix his wagon. My first play through I joined the DB and never had this encounter, so to find it the 2nd time through was a nice little suprise and change of pace.
When I found him the first time, I just blew him off because he was so crazy, so I did not do the wagon wheel quest at all. I did not even remember him when I joined the DB later on and offed him in the Dawnstar sanctuary. Next character was a good guy and never jopined the DB and did not mess with him either. The third was an assasin but I sided with the Farmer. However, after the DB quest, I let Cicero live.
"Oh bother and Befudle! Stuck here! Stuuuuuck! Poor cicero is stuck!" "Your cicero is stuck?" "YES!" "What's your name sir?" "Cicero!" "Louis Cicero is that your name sir?" "YES!" "Go to the farm, the loreius farm just down there off the road. the farmer is at his farm, where else would he be?!" "I'm not sure where he would be." "The night mothers crypt, DESECRATED!" "Your car was desecrated?" "YES!" "Can you spell your name for me sir?" "Bravil." "Sir can you spell your name for me please?" "YOU WERE NO HELP NOT AT ALL!"
Cicero calls roadside assistance, look it up on youtube and have a laugh!
I sided with the farmer, who ended up on the wrong side of Cicero's anger. Then I destroyed the DB, but unfortunately Cicero is not there when that occurs. A mod might be in order to avenge the Loreius family.
I had no idea of who he was when I first met him on the road. I thought he was funny, so I helped him. Later on, after I found out who he really was, I went back, reloaded a save, and didn't help Cicero, you know, getting him in trouble and all that. I went back to the Farm he was parked in front of, and found the couple dead inside the home. Cicero was not very happy about not helping him.
Same happened to me! I was thinking of joining the brotherhood but I met up with him before I even started the first quest! It was a pleasant surprise there!

That's just a prelude the the DB questline. It isn't essential to the questline and so you don't have to help him. But if you do, when you join the DB Cierco will be better disposed toward you.

Where do you find the guy he wants to have fix it ?
I had found Cicero pretty early on, and had no idea who he was or what he was doing. I fixed did the quest to fix his carraige and went on my way. Well, several game months later, still not doing the DB quest line, I saw him again at the same place. Then I looked up who he is. He will be standing there for a long time with this character as he will not join the DB.
Cicero is going to have to wait for Silk, my Rogue Thief to get rolled before he will get off that road.
On my main, I found him before I offically joined the dark brotherhood (I killed the woman in Riften, I just hadn't gone to sleep yet.) I thought Cicero was just a genuien (albeit odd) character in need of help. Anyway, I convienced that guy to help him and when I found him in the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary, I was like HOLY [censored] ON A [censored] SAMWICH WITH [censored] ON TOP WITH A SIDE HELPING OF [censored]

I love you for showing me this. The other ones he made are brilliant as well.
