As the title says, i have tried disabling all my mods and it still wont work. I have wrye and OBMM so if there are any solutions there i can use them. im pretty sure it a mod conflict

As your game can't load with only the Oblivion esm active it sounds as though your ini file is corrupt.
Find it in My Documents\My Games\Oblivion and rename it, allowing the game to create a fresh one on launch. If this works your safe to delete the original.
Be aware any custom alterations will have to be reconfigured to the new file.

This has not worked unfortunately, Is there anything else i can do?
