So I was playing and talking to general t and I swore that he sounded like the voice actor for doc Mitchell in fallout new Vegas. And in fact it is. Did you know this?
And has he been in any previous Bethesda games?

I don't know if he's been in other Bethesda games, but the voice actor you're referring to is Michael Hogan. He is best known as Colonel Tigh from Battlestar Galactica.

Can't see any other Bethesda games (and Obsidian was the developer for New Vegas btw, Bethesda just published it) but he did some other video games such as ME2 and looks like he has a repeat performance for ME3.

I remember him most fondly of course from BSG

I know theres one voice actor that does some of the guards and he does a voice in Dragon Age II
