How about a summonable horse?

I would like to have a spell that toggles "Horse appear" "Horse disappear". Then I don't have to worry about him getting in the way if something attacks or looking around for him when I exit a dungeon.

Abracadabra 1 - "Sweet! A horse. Just what I need."

Abracadabra 2 - "I don't need you anymore...bye!"

This + disabled fast travel = transportation bliss.

Search for the thread about the werewolf toggle or ScriptDragon. I believe one of the .asi that were made as a preview of what ScriptDragon can do does exactly what you're looking for (spawns a horse in front of you at a single button press).

It is near the top of the topic list here. Apparently there might be issues with ScriptDragon related to the latest patch, but hopefully that will be resolved soon. The werewolf toggle has been fantastic.
