To be honest,im just ignoring it =) I didnt really follow Skyrim during its development so i dont really know how its *meant" to look. Im a Morrowind/Oblivion fanatic and didn't want to go through the "is it out....yet!?" pain of waiting for release day lol.

The textures on walls/rocks in snowy areas are what made me wonder if something wasnt working correctly initially..which lead me here. Otherwise i probaly wouldn't have noticed. Now that i have noticed..well,yeah the textures in my game are completely screwed..but as said,im just ignoring it. The game has its faults..many of them right now,but its an absolute masterpiece overall..the only thing that would stop me playing is if my xbox360 melts...which it just might lol

I heard of the glitch Thursday 8 hours b4 release, so I played off disc... but I normally play off hard drive to extend Xbox life ( figure drive eventually will break and it causes heat).

But after a while I installed, worrying about heat and cd drive failure, - blah- it looked like a N64 game.

I went and basically wasted 14$ on an 8 gig flash problem, problem fixed

It's horrible for me, and makes the entire game look like poop. It breaks it for me for hands to look plasticy and items being blurry and low res and the world looking like crap.

and BTW, the bug has NOTHING to do with installing. I have never once installed this game and I have the bug as well. I noticed a few off textures and cleared the cache and it's steadily gotten worse since then. Nothing has fixed it for more than 10 minutes or so.

They need to hurry with some sort of fix.

Mine has been fairly terrible since the release, but I've been dealing with it. Until today. I've had it installed and uninstalled and i haven't noticed the difference. But today I booted it up, and everything looked IMMENSELY worse. I can now plainly see VERY large pixels in EVERYTHING on the screen. before, all that was muddy looking was my hand if i had a spell in it. Now, it's my weapon, armor, other people, towns, mountains. Everything. Looks like I switched graphics with Star Fox 64. Very disappointing and makes me not want to play it until, or if, they fix it.

I feel your pain.

I need a fix before i can really enjoy the game anymore. Luckily Skyward Sword should keep me busy till they fix it....if only I didn't have to wait a week or so to get that. =(

Honestly its not that bad, the only problem I notice is my gloves are low res in first person mode sometimes, but most of the scenory and usually my weapons are fine and the game is still quite enjoyable. Also I noticed a low res dragon once, but the other 5 or 6 dragons I fought where fine afterward.

I still hope they fix it though, its really ruining the game for some people, I've even seen a few bad reviews because of it, namely GT gave the game a low score because of it, they don't seem to understand that its a bug and not the way the game was ment to look.
