How much in-house testing does Bethesda do on its patches be

Hint: The same amount of testing that they do on their games before release.

They got a lot of negative feedback after the release so they probably looked at their half finished patch and used the old fallacy we must do something, this is something, therefore we must do it. The end result was that the patch caused more problems than it solved.

I don't agree. Just because the patch svcks doesn't mean they didn't test it. You can't possibly test every aspect of the game. I mean look, sure, if they bothered to go past the game's main menu they would have discovered that there is still framerate lag, or backward flying dragons, or that it is no longer viable to play a mage. It would be far too unreasonable to impose on them the burden of having to test the game past the Main Menu. For what it is worth, this is at the least the best "game-breaking glitches" simulation out on the market; there is no other game that comes close in this category and it should win "Best Game" of said category.

I'm still waiting for my first paycheck for being a beta tester of this game. Bethesda clearly didn't test the game before release, and hired us all to do the beta testing. So where is my paycheck?

They test their games? :o

Honestly I was surprised when even their favorite console, the 360's patch failed just like the PS3 patch.
