Does anyone else experience a short Frame Feeze when hitting an enemy with Ice Form Shout? Just a stutter??

I am on 360 by the way..

I've only ever used it once, can't say I noticed anything. *shrug*

Most of the shouts in general do sometimes freeze for half a second when there's lots of things going on at the same time.

Have anyone also had a bug where the top of water disappears and you can see straight underneath?

yeah, ive experienced problems with that. Also had problems where certain things don't have textures, just see big pink blobs. Both of which only occur if I play for more than a couple hours straight.

I don't have a problem with a stutter... But sometimes when I use the ice form shout it doesn't work, like my character shouts but thats it and the enemies are still there.

No, I have not encountered any problems with it, or any other shout.

Every single time. The screen freezes for at least a whole second whenever I use it.

Hmmm strange. Maybe it will be something that Bethesda will patch in the 1.2 update.
