Idea: Giant floating ship home with smaller moving ship.

I've done extremely basic mods since Morrowind, a few Fallout NV mods, an attempted Oblivion mod but it took so long that the data was destroyed, and it never came to be. I've learned to change textures to a very limited extent, I'm not particularly good at texturing to any extent, but I know the basics. I can retexture armor, weapons, objects, and in Fallout NV even creatures with a specific method I learned. That all said, I'm not very good with scripts. Anyways...

I've been wanting to make a flying ship in Skyrim, there would be some magical hidden room that teleports to it... Then a few outcomes depending on how difficult what I ideally want is relative to my modding skill. Ideally I want a single ship with an alchemy lab, smithing place, enchanting places, a few vendors, a few guardian humanoids/creatures particularly on the outside part, just a few respawning prisoners that you can practice abilities on/soul trap (though to be balanced there would only be very few prisoners, and they'd ideally respawn slowly to prevent people from leveling up destruction/weapons just by hitting countless prisoners) particularly for roleplaying a more sinister character. Also inside of it would be color coded containers (red containers for weapons, blue containers for armor, green containers for magical stuff /etc/), even containers for your enchanting/smithing set /etc/. That's the easy part though. Hopefully I can make it look dwarven depending on how difficult the retexturing will be, guess I'll find out. Again don't know how difficult this would be but: Some way to temporarily become immune to fall damage while jumping off the ship. Depending on how possible/impossible this is the idea may be scrapped. (Ideally parachute potions that are sold once every 24 hours, that's enough for fun epic jumps every day, but not to the point of being game breaking).

Now the hard part... Ideally I want a smaller ship without interiors to be able to move, this ship would sometimes come close enough that you could easily board it from the larger ship or vice versa. The reason for it being the smaller ship, is because with the way doors teleport, I worry that a moving object with teleporting doors directly on it would be buggy (make the player go splat buggy), hence the idea for the two ships. Nice as it may sound a player controlled ship is just a billion times past my ability, so instead, I want the ship to move around about half the distance between Whiterun, and Windhelm, probably going around in a circle, and it would just keep going around like that forever. If for some reason that is way beyond my ability, I guess I'll just make smaller ships that teleport to the larger floating ship which I known will be a simple process... Still though, I ideally would really like a ship that actually moves because obviously it would add a very special feel to it. So anyways... What is the script to make an object move in the past TES games/Fallout games? I've done lots of googling, and I'm not sure how it's done. All I get is results in how to animate a body/creature, but that's not what I want, the ships model can be completely static.

Morrowind, and Oblivion both have had mods with flying ships as well. So I know this is probably possible, however all I see being asked about are mods that make the ships controllable, that's not the idea for this. I just want a small flying ship with no interiors, that automatically moves on it's own, to add a lot of atmosphere to the modded home I hope to ideally make. Yes I know that Skyrim's construction kit is unknown, but it will probably at least be somewhat similar, so going by the estimation of past construction kits, how difficult do you think this would be, and if Skyrim still uses the same object moving scripts that past TES games used, what exactly are those scripts so I can research them now?
