Actually, not really. The vast majority of the available re-textures for dragons are nothing special. They are either simply color adjustments (over-saturated & brightened), or the base texture after it's passed through several filters.

My question is, is anyone working on a true "high-definition/quality" texture replacement for all the various dragons in Skyrim, from standard dragons to Alduin himself? Including the Alpha fix for all the dragon types?
