Basically, I have bounty in Whiterun, Solitude, and other random places. Problem is, I get stopped by a guard, select to either pay my bounty or go to jail, which then leads to my game freezing. If I resist arrest, my game is fine. I've tried in every city that has a jail and it leads to the same outcome. Tested on other characters, and I can go to jail, it only affects one character file. I've tried deleting my Cache file, but I can't load my games because they were saved on the newest patch.

Has anyone ever had this type of problem? I don't want to start a new character, because I'm level 46 but not that far into the main quest.
Any help would be much appreciated.
