Listen guys, as we can see everyone is fustrated with issues of lag/bugs(i have only had the usual bethseda bugs nothing "game-breaking) i dont have the luxury of having an xbox on top of ps3.surely we are all not doing anything to help bethseda by the constant sniping and alleged lawsuits?(I MEAN C,MON) surely we should give them the time and pateince to resolve any "gamebreaking" bugs i mean only several hundred people worked on this game everyday for years.show some respect for people who are trying to give us an awesome expeirence and time to any fix the errors
the game is so ambitious and huge that surely 2/3 weeks to resolve anything "game breaking" is hardly anything considering all the effort its taken to bring to us in the first place.
i am not siding with bethseda or agrreing with there comms but surely as a community who obviously love there games we should be more understanding and patient?
imagine NO MORE FALLOUT? NO MORE ELDER SCROLLS? IF BETHSEDA SAID-FINE WE WONT MAKE THESE GAMES ANYMORE.
I would be absoultley devestated ...... bugs that are getting fixed would be the least of our moans so

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON

I completely agree, they deserve time to fix their mistake. There's a time for getting angry, and that's in say- a month's time, if it still hasn't been addressed.

Its ok for a software development company to try and slide a product by the consumer that could not pass a competent quality assurance test?

Because its a video game its OK if it has shoddy performance and deficient computer programming?

But hey they had a deadline! Lets forgive them! 11-11-11 was a cool number.

If I was in the business world and I bought a computer program to help run my business and it had bugs like Skyrim does, I would be able to void contract and get a refund. And if they knew the program had bugs when they gave it to me and did not notify me, I would also be able to claim damages in court.

So no, lets not remain calm. Lets hold software publishers accountable.

DONT SELL ME A BROKEN PRODUCT ADVERTISED AS WORKING.

While I understand where you are coming from and the need for patience, it's very hard not to shake my head and wonder why the lag is still there after playing Fallout 3 and New Vegas. That's my experience with their games. I mean, after all these years, it's still not fixed. Granted, the lag might be a result of a different issue within their code but hearing that the engine behind it is just a modified version of the one used in F3, FNV, and Oblivion makes me wonder if it is the same issue or something very similar. So, asking for understanding and patience for someone who has gone through F3 and FNV with multiple patches which according to the change logs was suppose to help with the lag but didn't is very very hard to take.

Anyhoo, that's just my 2 cents.

The main problem with Bethesda games is their engine, Gamebryo and Creation, which is just Gamebryo 1.5 are terribly buggy and unstable.

I Totaly agree, why sell something if it's not working.....................If this was a car company or somethings else and sold products that not working people will go to court.................yet the gamers acting like zombies just watching and not doing anything................ to prevent this from happening again .................

but its not a car or a house or anything that going to mean a big issues to our lives....................its a computer game!! surely you played bethseda games before and to have issues in such large open world games is really small change in the grand picture.of course if its not resolved and just left then yeah different story but all the bethseda games iv played hasnt been "un-playable" or "broken" and again give them a chance to resole our issues or come up with ideas ourselves to speed up the process and help a developer that we cant help buying there products???

Like people did with fallout that had the exact same issues?? Even though people gave them a chance it was NEVER fixed.
And it now looks like they are repeating this again. I will give them one chance.. If it aint fixed with the patch next week, then i will demand a refund as the product is clearly broken.
If this aint fixed, then they deserve whatever is coming to them including a class action lawsuit.

I find it amazing that some people here actually wants to reward them by instead buying a pc or xbox 360 copy. No wonder bugs are never fixed when [censored] reward game breaking bugs by spending even more money on this company.
