I found this fix in other site, still dont know if it fixed temporary and later u will get again more lag so try it out and leave feedback...

"Once your save file exceeds 6MB, slowdown occurs.

Update the Playstation to the latest firmware in "System Update".

Uninstall Skyrim before, or after update.

Reinstall Skyrim data.

Like i said, found it somewhere and the solution seemed to work for me. Maybe it's only temporary but try it out anyway, hope it helps."

I'm pretty sure my PS3 already has the latest update.

Doesn't the PS3 always automatically force you to update if one is available anyway?

No, some updates aren't mandatory.

It won't work - the problem is with the game saves. Even if Bethesda decide to release a fix, I wouldn't be surprised if people had to start a new save.

I think what triggers "fix" or "temporary fix" is the fact that u reinstall the gamedata again once u have a big save file and are experiencing slowdowns, the guy that wrote the original text maybe just want to make sure u doing it in the latest firmware update as someone here also said a re-install of gamedata fixed his problems. But still to be known if just temporary fixed it and is back to slowdowns again or if is still playing good.

An official bug fix to adress this really needs to come out soon as possible (hopefully in the bug fix patch Bethesda already announced). Is inadmissible how after this issue has happened in latest tittles from Bethesda for PS3, Skyrim are still released with same problems...inadmissible...but for the guys that already reached an "unplayable" point, it dosent hurt to try this until the official save fix comes out... if ever...

Note: Only install the game update after the reinstall of gamedata have been made.
