after opting for the shadow path, none of the skills i.e. lock picking etc are now counting towards leveling up. Currently level 44, and the only way I'm able to level is by leveling magic or combat. No glitches, just opted for the shadow path and now unable to level those skills that were up'd by 5.

Reloaded a previous save, tried the magic path, all magic skills raised by 5, yet same as above, i wasn't able to level the likes of destruction etc, even though they are only sitting at around 22.

I'm having a similar problem on PS3. Level 42, and SOME of the skills counted towards my level. I got one level, but by my reckoning should have gotten 3 (6 skills x 5 points)
