I'm stuck in Little Lamplight right now. I've looked at quest guides, and they say to talk to either the mayor or Joseph. I've tried talking to them multiple times, but every time I talk to them they start chanting "Mungo mungo". I've also tried going directly to the back gate, but the pulleys to open it can't be opened. I've also tried the computer, but it has no power. Any help as to how I can get past this would be appreciated.
