not sure if this already an a spell mod or option but...

i was thinking a locational teleportation spell could be cool or handy!



how i think it should work

u cast the spell (powerful -uses alot of mana)

time freezes and u are able to move within the room or a certain radius

then time unfreezes and u have teleported and can continue the battle

maybe some cool visual effects like a blue flash or sumthing would be nice, too?

So thoughts?

I like, sort of a localized short distance teleport. I think there is a shout that does something similar(teleport behind someone I think). But a stand alone spell would be useful and different enough.

I was expecting this to be about a Mark and Recall spell, which I would also like implemented, for no other reason that to move loot from house to house.
