When I fixed ED-E in Primm it gave me the quest ED-E My Love, and set a map marker for Gibson ScrapYard. Now when I go to the scrapyard and try to talk to Old Lady Gibson it doesnt give any new dialouge options so I'm kind of stuck without anyway to advance the quest. Anyone know whats going on?

Ed-E should have started talking when you arrived at the Junkyard. Giving you some information about an army base. That's all I know, my waypoint is gone, but I'm assuming you need to find the base where his dialogue told you to go. If you select talk to Ed-E, there is an option to run log or something like that.

I was also doing the Quest, Come Fly with Me that sent me to the Junkyard and he started talking after I got what I needed from the old lady.

This happened to me as well because I had already gone through Old Lady Gibson's dialog options before picking up ED-E. Apparently the dialog triggers ED-E's response. The Fallout Wiki is reporting this as a known bug.

There is no bug with, "ED-E My Love quest" :shocking: . In order for Ed-E to unlock the audio file, there are 3 ways to start the the Quest: 1st option is the just continue your adventure, listen for the words," Navarro, "Enclave", "Poseidon", " Air Force base", "Eden", " Helios", and "Archimedes" in a conversation. 2nd option is to me Arcade Gannon and many of these words in option 1 will be heard. 3rd is to speak to Old Lady Gibson at Gibson Scrapyard about Helios One and listen to the recording ED-E unlocks

now most of you are having problems here, what i did was i talked to her, while on the quest, "Come Fly with Me", and went through all her dialog before i had gone back and go ED-E. Now when i went back i could not talk about everything i needed to. Now even though you talk to her before you get ED-E, it still counts...because, what im about to type is part of option 3, which starts with talking to her to begin with.....

WAIT or SPEND ( just wait*some where safe :snoring: *) 9!!!!!! days in game (add a day to be safe)

After nine days head to Helios One and speak to Ignacio about ARCHIMEDES and then Listen to the recording ED-E unlocks ( it should be a Enclave recording :whisper: )

WAIT or SPEND 2 more days in game.... :cookie:

and continue with your quest...

Some advice to people without the Guide, go buy it :mohawk: ....Fallout Wikia wont always be right. :violin:
