Anyone get to the point in the story where you meet esbern? well for me he doesnt talk at all.. its a weird bug. any fixes? anyone else have this problem? I am playing on PC

There's a topic about this already. No solution as of yet, I believe.

Try restarting the game. Also I heard someone say you have to complete a certain quest before he speaks to you unless you talked to him before the quest. So yes it is a bug. It will be fixed though I'm sure. I believe the quest was bleak falls barrows but I could be wrong.
