This is gamebreaking. I did the conspiracy quest, now the guards are pissed, and when I try to submit, there's a loop. player.setcrimegold0 doesn't work. "tcai" works, but I can't talk to who I need to talk to for my current quest.

I absolutely can not submit, what so ever, the text just loops. I sure as heck can't kill them all either.

Help?
