How do I get through the barrier in Y-17 medical facility? The wiki haven′t been updated yet.

Need to upgrade your Sonic Emitter Pistol. You can do so by completing the quest "Sonic Emitter Upgrade".

Go to X-8 and run the tests to upgrade your sonic emitter..
