So when i pan my camera horizontally i only get slight microstutter, vertically on the other hand is absolutely ridiculous. third person has nearly no micro-stutter at all. It seems like when im close up to a wall or something it gets even worse... anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

yes I have the same issue. I don't know what to do. I have tried the beta drivers and nothing.
