I've noticed (much to my dismay) that I have to quit the game so I can change the video settings. I realize you can't change the video settings on a console for obvious reasons, but a PC isn't a console. I get that PC games are usually ports of a console game nowadays, but it's little things like missing UI options (that are in just about every other PC game) that make us think you don't care about your product or the fans.
It's not such a big deal for me now (after I lowered the graphics settings that were laggy and hiccuping), but I had to start the game 2x my first time playing because I couldn't fix the graphics ingame.
