i want a mod that allows you to use spells while using a 2 handed weapon. now i dont mean to use them like you do with 1 hand weapons. i would like to be able to select a spell, lets say heal. then while in combat i still use both hands on the weapon but when i press the spell button my character lays the weapon across their shoulder with the right hand and casts with the left, the penalty should be a one second switch between modes. no i understand that this could conflict with blocking. but if you have a mod that allows dual wield blocking i think this would work.

Maybe make it so only on-self spells work?

Yeah, we could have a seperate block button and then maybe some way you could equip a spell as well or something. I mentione a seperate block button in http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1284578-req-skyrim-extended/, but I'm still trying to figure out how it could work with casting as well, unless we also have a "cast" button for on self spells or something.
