Most annoying NPC voice? : V - Skyrim

All but Cicero :biggrin:

seriously,his jokes have annoyed to death me too,but the real "drama" is that Cicero is voluntarily annoying and acted "over the top" - instead someone else is on par with him-or even worst - unintentionally - and without decent dialogue lines or any "depth" either.

I must agree that Cicero's annoying. The really annoying thing is that his face keep quite still, despite he's using a voice that would imply facial expressions out of the ordinary. I haven't had much to do with him, though, since I haven't done DB questline yet, only that first little quest where you help him outside Whiterun.

Heh. I like that. I think it's fitting that the jarls sit on their thrones looking down on the rest of the world :smile:

But I must confess it triggers me to roleplay my characters to be a bit cheeky. 'Don't you think you're better than me just because you're the jarl. You're just a person like the rest of us. Oh, and BTW, I'm Dragonborn.' :cool:

Keep in mind that he says that to female characters as well. Right after talking about selling his sister (if he had one). Extremely creepy. Some people complain about the lack of brothels in Skyrim (which I, as a woman, find relieving). Maybe they should see Belethor to hear if he has someone to offer. ^^

Btw I even heard guards comment that he's sleazy. No kidding...

Belethor told one of my Argonian characters the he(belethor) would buy one of my relatives. And I thought that was a tad much considering the history of argonian slaves. But his whole voiced demeanor is terrible. Down with Belethor !

1. Cicero for obvious reasons. Probably my least favorite TES character ever.

2. Belethor's "Do come back". Who approved that one line? I didn't mind the rest of his stuff.

3. Farengar and his damnable conflicts.

Belethor. When he says, "Do come again," the tone of his voice is such that I cannot tell if 1) he is supposed to be gay; 2) he is supposed to be obnoxious, or 3) bad voice acting.

Condescending I would say, rather than obnoxious. I just want to jab my fist down his throat. He says "do come back" as if you are a total skinflint right after he's ripped you off for everything you've sold to him.

The only one that comes close other than the obvious Cicero is That snooty nosed b**** who owns Radiant Raimant. "If you're heading to the Blue Palace, you may want to rethink your outfit"... Well it looks far better than that garbage you gave me you old crone. The funniest part was when she said it to me while I was still wearing the stuff she gave me to impress the Jarl :rofl:

I know this voice actor does lots of voices, and mostly she doesn't sound annoying, but I really think Elisif the Fair sounds like a whiny teenager who doesn't get to go to THAT party and broke her nail on the top of that.

I thought I was the only one who thought he sounded like a new york jew. I laughed when I first heard him talk.

But yeah, I can't stand Cicero. But I hate jesters and clowns in general.

Hey i think the voice actor who did Cicero was fantastic!! I hope he returns to voice another Elder Scrolls.
I think his voice is unique right? I haven't heard another NPC that sounds like Cicero.
We all need our Glarthir, Annoying Fan, Cicero fix~ :biggrin:

That said, im abit sick of the voice of the guy who did Savos Aren.
Don't be mistaken, I like his voice work, but having his voice on Savos Aren and like over 20 other npcs is abit sickening lol

That voice actor must be one of the most over-used in the whole game, he's everywhere (Ralof, Vilkas, like half of the jarls, most of the blacksmiths, a few innkeepers, lots of random Nords, and so on) but I actually think he does a good job being a preaching lunatic.

I dislike all the characters with that voice that sounds like Robert Picardo from Star Trek, the guy who played the holographic doctor. I always hated him. I hate him being in Skyrim and having to listen to his slimy voice.

Whoever did the voice acting for female children did a good job of making them as annoying as hell.

Lol the ever lisping Harley Graham. This was my reply, glad someone already made it. She also says Al-ek-amy (not Alchemy). Truly obnoxious.

Jason Marsden. Pretty much every character he voices sounds exactly the same. At first when I met Sven I was like, "Hey it's BOONE, COOOOL :fallout:

" but then I met Mikael, and Aerin, and Onmund, ect. it stopped being so cool.

Farengar annoys me. "Theesh damnable conflictsh."

Cicero is awesome, his voice is supposed to be annoying because he's bats**t insane.

"Oh look. Another wanderer come to lick my father's boots. Good job." This makes me wish you could kill children in this game.

I'm not sure if it's a specific character, or just Nord women in general, but some of the accents are so annoying, like when they say Riften, it comes out like "Rrreeften."

Edit: Forgot to mention Barbas. Makes me feel like I'm in a Disney cartoon.
