Is there a new spell to replace Night-Eye or is it only an Ability of the Khajiit? Anyone know the name, location/merchant or object ID of the new spell?

Having a bit of problem find out, checked google, wiki first and tried doing a search on board.

Really....so we are making Night Eye mods from the hints, tips, and cheats section? I haven't heard about this rule change and not sure how a mod could be make without this info.
