non-enchanted Thalmor Robe - is it real?

Post » Wed Jun 13, 2012 2:15 pm

Hi guys,

so I have seen a couple of posts about an un-enchanted Thalmor robe that you can get from the embassy - I have searched everywhere! I cannot for the life of me find it.

Does it even exist? Robes are servely lacking in SKyrim and I want an unenchanted Thalmor robe!

I don't think it exists. I've never encountered one, and UESP doesn't list it on the clothes list.

Why are people so insistant that thier robes are unenchanted? I doesn't affect it aesthetically apart from the little glow in the inventory.

because mages wear robes and if the enchantment is weak they die easily

So they put their own enchantments on them, obviously.

Because you can't put your own enchantment on something that already has an enchantment. To do so destroys the item.

Check out "More Craftables" by Aeon Vita. Thalmor robes, faction armor, etc.

And if they disenchant them they'll be even weaker still.
